"Manifestasi" is the debut demo of DELUSI, released on CD-R format by Fatamorgana Music Production on 1 September 2014 strictly limited to 16 pcs. The CD-R was no longer in the stock. The demo was then released on cassette tape format by DIY Distro and Records with different illustration, 2-song single "Fatamorgana" added as bonus and this tape limited to 33 pcs. According to the label, it has been released on 30 October 2014 but unfortunately no complimentary copies given to DELUSI (as per promised). The label is known by many as a rip off! Now, the demo which marked the earlier history of DELUSI available for free download.

"Manifestasi" adalah demo sulung DELUSI dikeluarkan dalam format CD-R oleh Fatamorgana Music Production pada 1 September 2014 sebanyak 16 salinan terhad. Rilisan CD-R ini telah lama tiada lagi dalam stok. Demo ini kemudiannya dikeluarkan dalam format pita kaset oleh DIY Distro and Records menggunakan ilustrasi yang berlainan, tambahan single 2-lagu "Fatamorgana" sebagai bonus serta terhad kepada 33 salinan. Mengikut catatan label, ia rilis pada 30 Oktober 2014 namun malangnya tiada sebarang salinan diberi kepada DELUSI (sepertimana dijanjikan). Label tersebut dikenali ramai sebagai rip off! Kini, demo yang menjadi sejarah awal DELUSI tersedia untuk muat-turun percuma.
